: 1) Preparing and reviewing tax computations for individual and partnership clients together with supporting schedules and attachments.
2) Preparing tax computations for corporate clients together with supporting schedules and attachments.
3) Providing in-house trainings to tax assistants and tax trainees.
4) Handling estimated tax payable and installment payment scheme for individual clients (CP500) and for corporate clients (CP204) as well as revision of estimated tax payable for individual clients (CP502) and corporate clients (CP204A & CP204B).
5) Allocating jobs and duties to tax assistants.
6) Planning, administering and overseeing the tax calendar to ensure various deadlines are met.
7) Liaising between Inland Revenue Board officers and clients on tax audit and investigation cases.
8) Assisting clients on correspondences to the Inland Revenue Board.
9) Analysing client’s financial statements during tax audit and investigation and represent client on answering to Inland Revenue Board’s queries.
10) Providing guidelines and advices to clients on tax planning and tax reduction.
11) Administering and overseeing the jobs of tax assistants and tax trainess.
12) Uploading and submitting tax returns (Form BE, B, M, P, C, & R) via e-Filing.
13) Handling other administration matters within the tax department. |
